1. Using medh.ai
medh.ai, a product of Metrion Aaventic Technologies LLP, gives students, parents, and teachers access to a shared learning platform. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password private and let us know if you spot activity you don't recognise.
2. Your account
You need a verified email and mobile number before your account becomes active. Provide accurate details and keep them current — we use them to secure your account and to reach you about important changes.
3. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service, and don't use it to harm others or to access data that isn't yours. Accounts used this way may be suspended.
4. Availability
We work to keep medh.ai running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or pause features to improve the platform.
5. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the product evolves. If a change is significant, we'll tell you. Continuing to use medh.ai after a change means you accept the updated terms.
