What we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email, mobile number, and account type. To keep your account secure we also record sign-in events and the devices you use, including browser, operating system, and IP address.
How we use it
We use your details to run your account, verify it's really you, and protect against unauthorised access. Verification codes and reset links are sent to the email or number on file.
How we protect it
Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing and are never visible to us. Sessions can be reviewed and signed out at any time from your account, and a password change signs out your other devices.
Your choices
You can review your active devices, sign out individually or everywhere, and update your password whenever you like. Reach out if you'd like a copy of your data or want your account removed.
Retention
We keep account and security records for as long as your account is active and as needed to keep the service safe. Deleted records are removed in the ordinary course of maintenance.
